Shipping

All orders are typically processed and shipped every weekday at 4pm Mountain Standard Time, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm Mountain Standard Time will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Please allow up to 1-2 business days to receive a tracking number. Feel free to leave us a comment or suggestion in the order notes section of your order or let us know what your favorite beer is.

Email Customer Service at orders@mettlerings.com immediately if you have any changes to make to your order. No changes can be made to the order once the package has been shipped.

All Domestic orders placed with Mettle Rings are shipped via USPS First-Class. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow at least 1 business day for the tracking to be updated by the courier.  By placing an order with Mettle Rings, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for the tracking of the package to be delivered to the destination given to Mettle Rings during checkout.

If the address provided cannot be verified, our team will attempt to contact the customer via the email given at checkout. If there is no response from the customer after 10 business days and two notification emails have been sent, the package will be shipped to the address provided and the customer assumes all responsibility. PLEASE take the time to enter in your information correctly and carefully! It is VERY important and will minimize stress for all parties!

OUR CURRENT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTION IS USPS FIRST-CLASS INTERNATIONAL (7-14 DAYS)

Many international orders are subject to tariffs/duties to be paid by the customer. Please be sure to research your countries rules, regulations, tariffs and duties before placing your order. Please allow an extra few days for International USPS Shipping for customs paperwork to be completed and time to process through the international shipping facility. This process may take up to 14-20 business days during certain times of the year.
