Mettle Rings would like to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We tried to make it a 110% Satisfaction Guarantee, but our lawyers and Einstein said that wasn’t possible in the reality we live in.
EXCHANGES
Feel free to return or exchange your ring within the first 180 days of receiving it for any of the following reasons:
- This ring doesn’t fit. I should’ve taken your advice and ordered the Ring Sizing Tool first.
- I thought I was ordering a pet shark and got this ring instead.
- I like a different ring on your site better.
- Can’t open a beer bottle with this ring.
- Got into a fist fight with Wolverine and he broke my ring.

When contacting us, please provide the following information in your email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
- Your full name and order number
- The original item and size that you ordered
- The new item and size that you would like
- A reason for your return
- Any other comments or suggestions for Mettle Rings
Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional cost for any return or exchange such as the return shipping. Domestic orders can be sent via USPS First-Class with tracking for about $4. We highly recommend shipping your ring back using USPS First-Class. This is how we ship our rings to you so we know it works.
We do sell out of styles quickly, so if you are looking to exchange an item and don't want to miss out, we recommend returning your items for a refund and then purchasing what you are looking for right away. We will process your refund within 3-5 days from the arrival of your return at our warehouse.

RETURNS
We strive to design and provide rings and products that meet all of your bottle opening and lifestyle needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your Mettle Rings product within the first 180 days of receiving it, we will gladly accept your return.
Products returned for a refund will be credited within 10 business days of Mettle Rings receiving the item. The refund will be in the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card or PayPal account.
